Do I need a referral to see your dermatology team?

No. We accept self-referrals for all skin concerns. However, if you have a complex medical history, bringing any previous treatment details or a letter from your NHS GP can be very helpful.

What should I do if a mole is changing shape or colour?

You should consult a GP or Dermatologist immediately. Signs to look for include asymmetry, irregular borders, multiple colours, or a diameter larger than 6mm (the ABCDE rule). Early detection is vital for successful treatment.

Can you treat acne that hasn't responded to over-the-counter products?

Yes. Our clinicians can prescribe clinical-strength treatments, including prescription-only topicals and oral medications, which are significantly more effective than high-street alternatives.

Can you help with acne scarring?

While our primary focus is managing active acne and preventing new scars, we can provide referrals and advice on advanced resurfacing treatments such as chemical peels or microneedling once the active inflammation is under control.
