Dr. Shakil Alam

Founder / Lead GP

Hello, I’m Dr. Shakil David Alam, the founder of 360 Med. I established this practice because I wanted to rekindle the personal connection with patients and ensure continuity of care, truly becoming “your” doctor.

My journey in medicine began at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School. I later gained valuable experience and completed my GP training in North London, where I continue to provide services in the NHS.With almost a decade of experience as a GP, I’ve had the privilege of being a partner in practice and a leading advocate for General Practice in North Central London, taking on various leadership roles.

My passion lies in delivering medical care that is precisely tailored to individuals, available when and where it’s needed, and taking into account the entirety of a person’s health and lifestyle, not just the immediate concern they present with. My vision is to bring back the concept of a family doctor who knows you and your family well, allowing us to provide better care because of that deep understanding.

Outside of my professional life, I am married and have three children. I enjoy playing football, cricket, and am an enthusiastic follower of live sports events.

Chief Operating Officer

Ameera Ebrahim brings a wealth of experience to 360 Med. She has been involved since the intuition of 360 Med, playing a pivotal role in the design and CQC regulation monitoring of the practice. She has experience being a primary school teacher and a team leader historically, as well as leading on previous property development portfolios. Her excellent insight into holistic management responsibilities and managing teams will be a brilliant asset to 360 Med.

They arranged a home visit for my mum, carried out blood tests at home, and provided excellent treatment and follow-up care throughout. The whole process was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my mum was well looked after.
