Founded by Dr Shakil David Alam, 360 Med was created to bring back the personal connection in primary care. With years of experience in NHS general practice and leadership roles across North London, Dr Alam saw first-hand that patients value being known, understood and consistently cared for, not just seen.
Today, our clinic stands as a full-service private medical and aesthetic centre, offering GP consultations, diagnostics, specialist clinics and aesthetic care, all under one roof.

Meet Our Founder
Hello, I’m Dr Shakil David Alam, the founder of 360 Med. I trained at Brighton & Sussex Medical School and completed my GP training in North London. For nearly a decade I served as a partner in general practice and championed the role of primary care leadership.
My focus is simple: tailored, high-quality medical care where you’re known and understood. Outside of work I’m married with three children and enjoy football, cricket and live sports.

We offer four modern, air-conditioned consultation rooms designed for comfort and privacy. Dedicated accessible parking is available at the rear of the clinic for patients with disabilities.
