Initial assessment fee –  cost used towards injection if patient deemed appropriate and decides to go ahead with procedure,

Standard non-ultrasound guided – Knee (patello-femoral joint), Shoulder (gleno-humeral joint), elbow (tennis/golfer’s elbow)

Ultrasound guided –  complex knee, shoulder, small joints of hand, wrist, foot and ankle, hips joint aspirations (additional £30 charge if testing of fluid required)
